Part 1 · This website
This website is run by Herly B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KVK 42167885. Contact: hi@herly.space.
- No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no advertising.
- No forms. We only receive what you choose to send us by email.
- Fonts and images are served from this site itself, not from third parties.
- Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), under its data processing agreement with us.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hi@herly.space. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Part 2 · The Herly app
Herly is still being built and is not open to the public.
One principle is already settled: mothers decide what Herly remembers about them.
The full privacy policy for the app will be published on this page before Herly opens, after review by a lawyer.
